The reason i share this tips is because recently, i had challenged my status quo and started experiencing all the ugly phase of changes but i strongly believed that hard work will always pay, Thus i come out with these tips, Although i didn't get my desired BMI, but i managed to finish 3 km jogging challenge without fail and that deserved a round of applause ( kidding) .
Moving on, here is the holy grail of shortcut on how to learn something new :
1. Communicate with those who have succeed (Online or Offline)
2. Don't reinvent the wheel.
3. Stop multitasking.
4. Consistency
The common term for this is networking, but I find that many aspiring entrepreneurs like to do all the talking about their latest new idea and fail to listen. You don’t learn anything while talking. Successful entrepreneurs love to share, but they respond better to pull rather than push. Learn to listen well and adapt to their way of thinking. Quick tips, most of successful person have positive mindset.
Why reinvent a wheel that’s already been created? The common tendency we all have when learning something new is trying to master it alone and underestimating the amount of time and effort that can be saved by getting help from someone who’s already learned it.
In order to achieve mastery faster, our first step should be to consult the top players in the field, and model the path they have already carved out for us. As Robbins puts it: "Many great leaders have proven that the fastest way to master any skill, strategy or goal in life is to model those who have already forged the path ahead. If you can find someone who is already getting the results that you want and take the same actions they are taking, you can get the same results
Pablo Picasso quoted as "Good artists copy. Great artists steal."
Multitasking is a guilty pleasure we’ve all developed in the age of constant notifications and mobile applications.
Think about your own computer. When you have 20-plus different tabs open on your browser, your computer begins to slow down and it takes longer to process every action afterwards. Studies have shown that when an individual gets distracted, it takes an average of 25 minutes to return to the task at hand.
Noted that consistency always resulting in results. You will see the differences maybe gradually or slight changes but the key is to keep consistent with what you do although things might get ugly ( fyi, i am always in pain to finish do 3 km jogging in the morning but i do it anyway ) Be patient and bear in mind that at the end of the tunnel, there will be light.
Good luck and keep it up!
